Perfect example of why SMBs cannot afford to overlook the potential benefits of virtualization (i.e. VMWare). With virtualization, its possible to ensure highly reliable RTOs and RPOs without the complexity or costs of many disaster recovery alternatives.

I have been hearing quite a bit about Concur, and it sounds
like a wonderful app for tracking expenses on a team basis. Nothing is more tedious
than manually calculating an entire teams expense reports. My team and I have
to travel frequently on business for Dish, to many cities, but occasionally I
am faced with a new adventure on my hands. With that in mind, I would like to
add two my team’s favorite apps to the mix. Yelp, is wonderful as an after hour
city guide, and Dish Remote Access as a consistent means of getting live TV on our
iPads, which is especially important with the Olympics coming up. Thank you for
sharing such fantastic team oriented apps in such detail, I will be passing on
some ideas to my team.

I also use a personal vpn called PD-Proxy VPN ( http://www.pdproxy.com/ )when connnecting on public wifi's. Aside from the security it also unblocks some websites that they usually block.

many marketers have abandoned direct mail completely as a technique of
the past, direct mail can sometimes be more effective at reaching
customers than email marketing. Email marketing rates typically get a
20-50% open rate and even smaller percentage where a link is clicked or
an item is bought. Direct mail may have similar open rates, but the
sales it drives is distinctly higher. Most online marketing automation
software have discarded direct mail as a marketing technique except for
OfficeAutopilot. I used OfficeAutopilot software to create postcards to
send to my customers that were automatically mailed
once I set the dates and times for events like birthdays, new client
welcome, and appointment reminders. These postcards gave me an even
higher sales rate because the customers didn’t even have to open an
envelope. I believe that the future of online marketing is the
embodiment of both direct mail techniques and new forms of email
marketing. OfficeAutopilot is unique in its software with its inclusion
of both these techniques.

Somehow this development is not surprising. Google may serve relevant content to the website, yet they have little solid information on the demographics, interests, and relationship statuses of its users unlike Facebook.
